El resultado de Explotación (EBIT) es de 41,1 millones de euros, un incremento del 7,7%. Esta cifra recoge el incremento de las amortizaciones del catálogo de pelÃculas de Tripictures y BocaBoca (6,8 millones de euros).
Acuerdo en Argentina
Vocento ha llegado a un acuerdo con los grupos de comunicación argentinos, ClarÃn y La Nación, para la venta del 33% de CIMECO (propietaria de los diarios La Voz del Interior y Los Andes) por importe de 36,5 millones de dólares con plusvalÃas netas de impuestos estimadas en 20,5 millones de euros.
El beneficio neto en este mismo periodo de tiempo ascendió a 50,4 millones de euros lo que supone un 1% menos que en el mismo periodo del año anterior. Esta estabilización se debe al cambio en la polÃtica de dividendos entre el primer semestre de 2006 frente a la adoptada desde la OPV de la compañÃa (Pay out 75%) que ha provocado unos menores ingresos financieros. En este sentido, el Consejo de Administración aprobó en su reunión de ayer la distribución de un dividendo bruto complementario por importe de 37,8 millones de euros que se hará efectivo en octubre de este año.

En Medios Impresos se han registrado unos ingresos de 340,8 millones de euros, un 7,5% más que en el mismo periodo del año anterior. La Prensa Regional incrementa sus ingresos en un 11,6% y el EBITDA en un 12,1%. ABC ha mostrado, en lÃnea con lo anunciado en el Plan de Optimización, un mantenimiento de sus ingresos publicitarios y una mejora en la tendencia de su difusión
Los ingresos de Suplementos y Revistas aumentaron un 5,4% y su EBITDA lo hizo en un 34,5%.
Durante el primer trimestre de 2007 se ha registrado una mejora de la contribución del área Audiovisual. La red de televisiones locales, Punto TV, ha incrementado sus ingresos en un 16,7% gracias al aumento de su cuota de mercado y la mejora de su eficiencia publicitaria. Onda 6 es la televisión lÃder con un 32,2% de cuota local en Madrid. Se mantiene la inversión en TV local donde en los últimos meses Vocento ha resultado adjudicatario de licencias de TDT regional en AndalucÃa y TDT locale en Oviedo, Gijón y Avilés y 12 en el PaÃs Vasco. Por otro lado, los ingresos de Punto Radio crecen un 58% hasta los 15 millones de euros.

En la Red, Vocento –con casi 13 millones de usuarios únicos mensuales en junio- detenta el liderazgo como referente de los mercados locales. Los ingresos ascienden a 27,8 millones de euros, un 37,1% más y el EBITDA crece un 45,1%, cifra que recoge crecimiento de las ediciones digitales y el impulso del negocio de los anuncios clasificados.
