Prisa vende su participación en el diario “La Voz de Almería” por diez millones de euros

El comprador es José Luis Martínez García, actual consejero delegado de la empresa editora.

Promotora de Informaciones (Prisa) ha firmado “un contrato de compraventa” para transferir “la totalidad de su participación” a Novotécnica S.A, editora del diario La Voz de Almería por un total de diez millones de euros.

Esperemos que ahora empiecen a pagar por la manipulación y a ser posible que cambien al Director por alguien más competente para relacionarse con los vendedores de la Provincia. En la ASECPA (nuestra Asociación Almeriense), ya predijimos que esto iba a pasar hace meses y así se publicó en nuetra página Web. Deseamos que esta nueva etapa esté marcada por una inmejorable relación con nuestros asociados y un reconocimiento a sus intereses económicos. Hasta el momento, Prisa controlaba un 31,89% del capital social de Novotécnica y tenía presencia en otras sociedades participadas por la editora. A raíz del acuerdo, todas estas actividades pasarán a manos de Martínez García, pero Prisa seguirá asociada a Novotécnica “en los medios de radio y televisión local en Almería”.
