Sr. Director:
Nuestros socios de Motril, nos requieren para que los representemos en las reclamaciones judiciales por los daños que se le están ocasionando, al no cumplirse, por parte de esa empresa que usted dirige, en relación con el cobro abusivo de portes presuntamente ilegales, impago de comisiones legalmente establecidas, falta constante de abonos en las devoluciones y negativa reiterada a atender las correspondientes reclamaciones que constantemente presentan a su Empresas por innumerables irregularidades.
Antes de iniciar las correspondientes acciones judiciales, consideramos conveniente invitarles a una solución extrajudicial y amistosa, para lo cual le ofrecemos un plazo de treinta días hábiles para que realicen las modificaciones oportunas y procedan a realizar todos los abonos pendientes, regularizar las comisiones conforme a lo dispuesto en las normativas vigentes, así como a modificar las cantidades que vienen cargando semanalmente en sus facturas, en concepto de Servicio, así como a aclararnos a qué se refiere con ese concepto y que justifique su cargo.
Así mismo, le recordamos que estamos pendientes de una reunión con usted, para tratar estos temas personalmente, y acordar una solución amistosa convenida por ambas partes, dentro de estos mismos plazos. En caso contrario, procederemos a ejercitar las oportunas acciones judiciales en defensa de los intereses de nuestros asociados y tomaremos las medidas que consideremos oportunas para acabar de una vez por todas con las situaciones que su empresa crea constantemente y que tantos prejuicios viene ocasionando.
