El vicepresidente de Vocento Enrique Ybarra ha elevado su participación en el capital del grupo de medios de comunicación hasta el 6,5%, frente al 6,327% que ostentaba anteriormente, tras realizar una inversión superior a tres millones de euros, según consta en los registros de la Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV).
Ybarra ha ejecutado la compra de estos tÃtulos entre los pasados dÃas 30 de noviembre y 4 de diciembre, a unos precios de entre 14,35 y 14,50 euros, a través de la sociedad Energay de Inversiones, en la que controla el 99,9% del capital.
El vicepresidente y consejero de Vocento es titular en la actualidad de 8,12 millones de acciones del grupo que, teniendo en cuenta los actuales precios de mercado, alcanzan un valor de alrededor de 115,3 millones de euros.
