                                    En relación con la  consulta que nos remitís constantemente, hace algún tiempo ya nos extendimos largamente sobre la Ley del 72 y los derechos de los vendedores, así como la recogida de firmas para forzar al Gobierno a promover una nueva legislación, que constantemente nos solicitaís.
                                    Desde la Agrupación Granadina y conjuntamente con  la Confederación a la que pertenece (COVEPRES), se remitió al Gobierno un PROYECTO DE LEY PARA LA REGULACIÓN DEL SECTOR DE LA VENTA DE PRENSA, en Enero del 2006.
                                   Fue presentado en el MINISTERIO DE SANIDAD Y CONSUMO, concretamente ante Don José Ignacio Vega La Bella, Secretario General Técnico, en Paseo del Prado 18-20, 28071, Madrid. Teléfono 91.596.17.54 y fax 91 596.44.06.
                                   Además, anteriormente se había promovido otro similar ante la Junta de Andalucía, desde Algeciras, aunque los datos concretos los desconocemos. Si deseáis más información puedéis dirigiros al Administrador de AHKIA: Vidal teléfono 675.95.50.29.
                                   Como puedéis ver, no hemos estado parados (como otros que trabajan para beneficiar a periódicos locales y Distribuidores). Simplemente ocurre que no parece que  nuestro gremio interese mucho al Gobierno. En este sentido podéis leer las referencias que hay en la página www.vendedoresdeprensa.com al compromiso que en las Cortes hizo el Gobierno en el año 98 de tratar la problemática del sector, en el año 99.
