Este es el mensaje: Ayuda a un problema que tengo con las distribuidoras de prensa y revistas de Zaragoza
 Hola buenos dÃas:
Me llamo Carol y les escribo desde Zaragoza. Poseo una papelerÃa, con prensa, revistas, etc.
Aquà en Zaragoza, hay dos distribuidoras:
-DASA (Distribuidora de Aragón): distribuye la prensa con sus promociones respectivas. También tiene división de papelerÃa (llamada DASA LENDE) que distribuye material escolar y promociones de figuras (Gormitti, Bob esponja, etc.)
-VALDEBRO PUBLICACIONES:Â Revistas, coleccionables, pasatiempos, cromos, etc.)
Con las dos tengo problemas, pero la que más con DASA. Su sistema de facturación para las tiendas es malo, ya que siempre cobra por semana dinero adelantado que repercute negativamente a un negocio, y más si este está en crisis y en época de verano que no hay gente. Te cobran los albaranes de la semana anterior en la que estás, y los abonos de hace 15 dÃas de la semana que estás. Encima, en cada factura (son semanales) siempre se les olvida de abonar algo, que lo reclamas, y ves el abono encima muchos dÃas más tarde.
Luego, desde hace dos años, otro punto de venta cercano a mà le cortaron la prensa por impagado (al cabo de tiempo cerró definitivamente), y sin consultarme ni nada, me aumentaron el doble de lo que llevo, y para no venderlo encima, ya que esa tienda se iba por ahà a comprar los periódicos para sus clientes.
Les escribà un correo y me contestaron que si me afectaba en la factura, que lo dijera para que hicieran los abonos lo antes posible.
Digo esto, porque llevo 2 años reclamándoles que me moderen el servicio, hasta que no les mandé un Burofax y puse una queja en la Cámara de comercio de Zaragoza no me han hecho algo de caso, pero encima ellos les contestaron a la cámara de comercio que como iban a moderarme el servicio porque no les decÃa lo que querÃa (por teléfono he perdido la cuenta de las veces que les llamé y por fax lo mismo), que yo no pago de más en mis facturas porque me abonan las devoluciones (mentira porque he revisado mis facturas y encima lo que siempre se olvidan de abonar), que si no pueden bajar el servicio porque los editores quieren evitar agotados, etc. Entonces claro, yo no sé si hay alguna ley ó algo, que dada mi situación actual, les obligue a facturarme realmente lo que vendo. Me explico; de lunes a domingo, que miren los periódicos y promociones que he vendido, y que por ejemplo el miércoles sabiendo mi venta real me lo facturen y asà se evitarÃan los abonos.
Es que, revisando las facturas semanales, oscilan entre 50 Euros y 200 euros de más que siempre estoy pagando y con el tiempo se nota, que agotan mis recursos.
Yo he ido a dos abogados, y me han dicho que no es imposible, pero que en un juicio vas al 50 %, dependiendo del juez, del alegato mÃo, el de ellos, y que si pierdo, aparte de pagar abogado y procurador, tendrÃa que pagar encima los costes del juicio, y mi situación es muy delicada, tengo mi local en venta, y de seguir esto asÃ, voy a tener que darme de baja de la prensa y que sea lo que dios quiera. Yo es que quiero saber si hay alguna ley ó algo, que dada mi situación, me facturen por lo que realmente vendo, si fuera asÃ, me darÃa igual que me echaran 100 ejemplares de cada periódico para evitar agotados, ya que pagarÃa realmente los que vendo.
Sobre Valdebro, el problema que tengo, que hace 3 años, éramos Sociedad Civil, la disolvimos porque entré en un concurso de LoterÃas del estado, para un despacho receptor mixto y sólo admitÃan personas fÃsicas. Total que no me lo dieron al final. Entonces, Valdebro, desde aquello, me cambió el nº de cliente (en eso DASA no lo hizo porque no era traspaso ni cambio de titular) y me cobran en cada factura semanal, 20.80 euros por trabajos auxiliares. Estos a cada papelerÃa le cobran distinto, a un estanco de la zona solo 7.43, a una papelerÃa de donde yo vivo que encima la han cogido de traspaso y tiene más volumen de revistas que yo, la cobran 13 euros. Llevo 3 años reclamando que no me cobren esa cantidad, hace un mes les mandé un fax diciéndoles lo mismo, pero siguen con los 20.80 euros semanales, que el mes que trae 5 lunes, son 104 euros al mes que se llevan y si son 4 lunes 83.20 euros. Es que entonces, la poca ganancia que me dejan las revistas se me va por ahÃ.
Les estarÃa muy agradecida si existe algo para los dos problemas que tengo, ya que esto me parece una vergüenza. Además, la asociación de vendedores de prensa de Zaragoza tampoco hace hincapié en mover este tipo de problemas.
