Consulta desde Tarragona.

Buenos días, soy la cliente de DTP Tarragona y mi  consulta es la siguiente: Tengo una tienda al lado que recibe suscripciones sin ser punto de venta oficial y yo que lo soy ¿Puedo exigir que me las manden a mi puesto que ellos no pagan nada y yo he pagado transporte y fianza?

 laia.valldoserad@estudiants.urv.cat El problema es que la otra tienda es un tienda tipo supermercado al igual que yo.  Ellos  no tienen licencia, ni pagan transporte ni fianza ni nada.  Hace años que  en éste pueblo no había ningún punto de  venta de diarios y algunos diarios se pusieron en contacto con ella para hacerle llegar las suscripciones. Ahora ya hace unos meses que estoy  yo como punto de venta y mi pregunta es ¿tengo el derecho de pedir que trasladen las suscripciones de allí hasta mi punto de venta?
