Sobre el tema de las devoluciones no abonadas, en Sevilla un grupo de vendedores hemos contratado a un letrado que ha entrado en un proceso de negociación con la empresa Distrimedios, el tema es tan claro como que si continua con su polÃtica de faltas en los paquetes y en el abono de las devoluciones queremos obligarle vÃa judicial a que se cuente la mercancÃa en el punto de venta y créeme (a pesar de lo que te han comunicado tus abogados) que tenemos todas las de ganar.
Sobre el tema portes, en el año 2007 envié un Burofax a Sgel para que me detallase y concretase a que se referÃa el denominado “servicios auxiliares” con el que me clavan cada semana la misma cantidad que a tú, mientras que compañeros cercanos incluso sin antigüedad no lo pagan. Ni tan siquiera se dignaron contestarme.
Este asunto es realmente complicado puesto que existen varias sentencias que otorgan la razón, la única solución que veo es que consigamos una unión lo suficientemente grande como para dejar fuera de nuestros kioscos muchas publicaciones (pero de manera firme y firmada) y obligarles a negociar una a una para entrar en nuestra red.
Sobre la facturación en Sevilla también hemos conseguido en conversaciones con Sgel que las revistas mensuales que entren antes del miércoles se facturen para la siguiente semana.
Pero te repito y a todos, la clave es la unión que es lo único capaz de facilitarnos fuerza negociadora.
