El presidente de la Asociación de Vendedores de Prensa de Málaga (AKIMA), Jerónimo Núñez, retira su quiosco ilegal de la Ciudad de la Justicia más de 4 años y medio después de instalarse sin permiso

El pasado domingo el presidente de la Asociación de Vendedores de Prensa de Málaga y Provincia (AKIMA), Jerónimo Núñez, retiró el quiosco ilegal que mantenía en la Ciudad de la Justicia desde hacía más de cuatro años y medio, y con una resolución firme del Ayuntamiento para que lo trasladara fechada en junio de 2010. Finaliza así la lucha de la quiosquera Milagros Rivas, la principal perjudicada todo este tiempo de la ubicación sin permiso de la que ha estado aprovechándose el presidente de su asociación, y que al final no ha tenido más remedio que abandonar. Tan sólo EL OBSERVADOR /www.revistaelobservador.com, y después Procono PTV, ha informado todos estos años de este abuso de poder que una vez más han silenciado el resto de medios de comunicación de la ciudad (conocían el caso pero no han querido difundirlo). El triunfo de Milagros Rivas es también un éxito más de la línea editorial de esta revista, preocupada siempre en denunciar las injusticias sin importarle el nombre o la alcurnia del infractor.

VER como el presidente de los quiosqueros de Málaga abandona, muy a su pesar, el lugar que se había apropiado indebidamente para colocar ahí el establecimiento regentado junto a su mujer es una victoria a la constancia. A la perseverancia y a la lucha de Milagros Rivas, la propietaria del quiosco más cercano a esa zona y que durante años ha sufrido las pérdidas provocadas por esa injusticia. Pese a que Jerónimo Núñez es el presidente de AKIMA esta quiosquera denunció el caso ante multitud de instancias (Ayuntamiento de Málaga, Defensor del Pueblo Andaluz, Ciudad de la Justicia…), se ha gastado el dinero de su bolsillo en probar mediante peritos, abogado y procurador que llevaba razón, estuvo incluso durante semanas en la puerta del Ayuntamiento con carteles para que se conociera el caso, y ha sufrido durante más de cuatro años una pérdida económica importante de negocio por la lentitud del Ayuntamiento e incluso por la nula colaboración e interés que ha tenido el Consistorio en todo este tiempo, como puso de manifiesto el Defensor del Pueblo Andaluz en varios escritos en los que llamaba la atención a la corporación presidida por Francisco de la Torre.

EL lunes los trabajadores y usuarios de la Ciudad de la Justicia se llevaron una sorpresa cuando fueron a comprar el periódico y vieron que el quiosco que había junto a la puerta principal del edificio el viernes ya no estaba menos de 72 horas después, que había desaparecido. A Jerónimo Núñez y su mujer no les ha quedado otra solución que volver a su antiguo lugar frente a la entrada del Centro Cívico de Los Guindos.

EL caso de Jerónimo Núñez ha sido ampliamente tratado en esta revista. Hay suficientes atestados, informes y resoluciones, desde la Guardia Civil al Ayuntamiento, pasando por la propia Ciudad de la Justicia, que señalan que la ubicación privilegiada del representante de los quiosqueros malagueños y andaluces fue obtenida como un acto de hechos consumados. Lo cual, además de poner en peligro la vida de las miles de personas que visitan diariamente la sede judicial (no respetaba la zona de seguridad del edificio), ignoraba el reglamento de los quioscos, pues ya había otro establecimiento situado en la zona y con el que no respetaba la distancia mínima exigida.

NO ha sido un conflicto entre particulares. Se ha tratado de un caso de un particular que cumple la Ley contra el presidente de una asociación (AKIMA) que la incumple, quien, a la luz de los hechos, ha demostrado tener un gran poder e influencia sobre las autoridades.
