Periódicos de menos y otras faltas.

Hola. Soy José Juan. De Granada. Mi problema es el siguiente:

             Cuando llego a abrir mi Kiosco, siempre me encuentro los paquetes de periódicos sin uno de los precintos y me faltan periódicos. Tanto el prepartidor como el distribuidor se lavan las manos. He llamado a Ideal y no me hacen ni caso (también me falta prensa nacional).

Raro es el día queb no tengo faltas en los paquetes de revistas. La situación es la misma. Nadie me hace ni caso.

Esto me estav costando el negocio ya que a veces me faltan paquetes enteros y siempre me dicen que me los van a buscar, pero nadie me los trae. Que me los van a abonar, pero nadie me abona nada. Estoy desesperado. No sé que hacer. Os ruego que publiquéis mi carta por si algún compañero ha conseguido resolver el problema, que me cuente como lo ha hecho. Gracias de antemano por vuestra ayuda. Me gusta la claridad con la que se habla en vuestra Web. Os deseo mucha suerte. Hacía falta un sitio en el que se hablase claro y se orientase a los que tenemos problemas. Todos los demás sitios que he visitado son muy “light”. Un saludo a todos los compañeros.
