Se destapa el problema de la Costa Granadina: Competencia desleal “presuntamente” apoyada por el periódico Ideal

Este es el mensaje: Os ruego que publiquéis este correo que os envío. Toda la documentación acreditativa de las afirmaciones que se vierten ha sido entregada a un compañero para garantizar la veracidad de dichas afirmaciones. Así mismo hay testigos de conversaciones grabadas y de datos muy interesantes que presuntamente podrían desvelar una presunta trama.

 Aprovechando la oportunidad que brinda esta Web quiero transmitir el malestar de todos o la mayoría de vendedores de prensa de Motril, Salobreña, Torrenueva y otros pueblos del alrededor.
El tema es que están sufriendo una competencia desleal ocasionada por el autodenominado corresponsal administrativo de IDEAL en la costa tropical.
Este señor aprovechando que tiene el reparto de suscripciones de IDEAL, se dedica también a dejar Ideales, Marcas As y todo tipo de periódico para su venta en gasolineras, panaderías, cafeterías,  churrerías, supermercados, etc. aún sabiendo que ningún establecimiento de éstos está autorizado a la venta de prensa.
No contento con eso, se dedica a dejar el periódico IDEAL en el 90% de las cafeterías, bares y restaurantes de Motril y alrededores, pero lo malo no es eso puesto que en realidad ese es su trabajo, lo malo viene cuando también les deja de otros periódicos como Marca, As, Mundo Deportivo, Mundo, País, Expansión y todo lo que sea prensa. Sin pensar que con ese comportamiento le está quitando venta a los quioscos y tiendas de prensa. Yo pediría que hiciéramos algunas reflexiones como: ¿Cuántas horas tiene que estar un quiosquero vendedor de prensa en su negocio para que éste sea medio rentable?: Muchas. ¿Cuántos impuestos pagan los quiosqueros?: Muchos. Que si ocupación de suelo, módulos, luz, basura industrial, teléfono, seguro y un largo  etcétera innombrable. ¿Cuánto paga el autodenominado corresponsal administrativo de IDEAL?: Muy poquito. ¿Cuánto trabaja?: 3 horas o 3 horas y media como mucho y encima cuenta con dos empleados. Si analizamos todo esto la conclusión sería que el autodenominado corresponsal se está riendo de todos los vendedores en sus narices, presuntamente con el beneplácito de Ideal. Lo correcto sería que este señor se dedicara sólo a los suscritos de IDEAL y dejara de vender prensa. Así los vendedores de la zona estarían ejerciendo su actividad sin sufrir competencia desleal.
Con todo lo expuesto creo que la conclusión y la solución es muy fácil. Quien realmente puede solucionar el problema, si quiere es, el responsable y superior del autodenominado corresponsal administrativo de IDEAL, en teoría y “presuntamente” el Jefe de Distribución de Ideal, es decir el Sr. Antonio López. En cualquier caso, este señor puede tomar las iniciativas pertinentes y dar las órdenes oportunas para que esto cese. Salvo que este “repartidor-vendedor-corresponsal administrativo” (como el mismo se autodenomina) tenga algún privilegio que vaya más allá de su trabajo.
Con esto reivindicamos una solución a este problema que se viene sufriendo desde hace casi 5 años y que ha provocado cuantiosas pérdidas de clientela a los vendedores de prensa de Motril y resto de la Costa Granadina.
Debemos recordar a Ideal que bastante tenemos ya con lo que se nos quita al no pagarnos la manipulación del suplemento semanal del sábado, de que se esté aprovechando de los vendedores, al amparo de otra Asociación que no es la nuestra, para que se le repartan bolsas con publicidad propia y que debería pagar. Recordemos que todo reparto de artículos publicitarios debe ser abonado y, en ningún caso se debe hacer de forma gratuita. Por tanto: NO A LAS BOLSAS DE IDEAL.
Otro tema encubierto es el de los toldos con publicidad de Ideal. Si Ideal quiere que se le haga publicidad en los puntos de venta debe pagar por ello, igual que pagan todas las demás empresas que se publicitan.
Estamos ya cansados de que se abuse de la inocencia de nuestros compañeros, de que sean otros compañeros los que se “dejen utilizar” para esta manipulación y de todo el “cuento chino” que se traen entre manos para hacernos trabajar más y pagar menos. En eso sí que son auténticos especialistas. En eso y otras cuantas cosas que ya iremos desvelando, gracias a la documentación aportada por un desinteresado compañero. Documentación muy interesante sobre descuentos en periódicos, repartos ilegales, venta encubierta y un larguísimo etcétera.
En Motril, Almuñécar y en toda la costa de Granada estamos ya hartos de que nos tomen por el “pito del sereno”.
