Os recordamos que el próximo día 18 de Julio toda la prensa nacional y local debe realizar un descuento del 40% sobre el precio de portada, una vez descontado el IVA. Tradicionalmente y cumpliendo con la normativa que regula nuestro gremio, según Normas Reguladoras de los Vendedores de Prensa, que todos podéis consultar en el B. O. del Estado de 13 de Mayo de 1972 (núm. 115), página 1153 (apartado 897). En el artículo 14 indica claramente que el 18 de Julio y el día de la publicación de la Lista de la Lotería Nacional, se cobrará el doble de comisión.

Por tanto, y para prevenir picarescas, os rogamos que comprobéis la comisión que se os abona y no permitáis que se os tome el pelo como ocurre habitualmente, por ejemplo, en Granada, donde suelen pagar la comisión normal del 20% por la venta del periódico Ideal.

Todos aquellos que deseen conocer la justificación que Ideal da por los constantes incumplimientos de las comisiones que deben abonarse, pueden llamar a Jesús Trujillo Rubia, quien guarda celosamente el escrito en el que le comunican que no se pagan porque así se había pactado hace 7 años con otra Asociación que todos conocemos y que nada tiene que ver con nosotros: la AVPPG.     No se si es este el apartado en que debo expilcaros mi problema pero espero que alguno de vosotros lo lea y me pueda dar respuesta.

    Hace siete meses que tengo un kiosco, y ante tantas dificultades que nos hemos encontrado con el mismo.
    lease devoluciones, promociones cupones etc. ibamos confiando que las distribuidoras hiciesen bién su trabajo y no teniamos tiempo de repasar sus facturas, aparte de la dificultad que tenemos para entenderlas.

    Nuestro problema es el siguiente:

    Agobiados por los pagos y no viendo beneficio alguno nos ponemos con una de las distribuidoras y vemos que desde el abril no nos hacen bién las devoluciones, reclamamos por teléfono nos dicen que lo mirararán y hoy recibimos una carta en la que nos dicen que no pueden atender nuestra reclamción por que está fuera de plazo, diciendo que solo tenemos cuatro semanas para reclamar.

    Nustra indignación es mayuscúla pues calculamos que es mas de 6.000 Euros.

    Por supuesto el proximo lunes nos vamos a presentar en las oficinas a reclamar, pero os pregunto a vosotros.

    ¿Es esto legal?, en la factura no dice nada de fechas de reclamación, y en el papel en que contratamos el servicio tampoco.

    ¿Como teniamos que saber esta norma? aparte que con el volumen de trabajo que hay en un kiosco y sabiendo que normalmente es una sola persona quién se pasa más de diez horas al día despachando haciendo devoluciones limpiando etc. que tiempo le queda para todo los demas.

    Porqué tenemos que pagar nosotros el trabajo mal hecho por ellos.

    Desde que llevamos más control con el género que nos envian resulta que cada dia nos faltan diferentes ejemplares, suponiendo para nosotros un gasto adicional más una perdida enorme de tiempo para ponernos en contacto con ellos pues hablar por telefono con ellos es toda una odisea.

    No sé si llegará a alguién este escrito pero al menos me ha servido para desahogarme.
