Grupo Zeta ha manifestado, en un comunicado, que no es cierta la información facilitada ayer, domingo, por el expresidente de la Junta de Extremadura, Juan Carlos RodrÃguez Ibarra, durante un mitin en la que daba por hecho que nuestro Grupo habÃa sido comprado por el Grupo Gallardo.
En el comunicado afirman que si es cierto que las negociaciones con ese grupo han avanzado en esa dirección, pero que a dÃa de hoy no se ha llegado a ningún acuerdo y prueba de ello es que ni siquiera se ha firmado un preacuerdo en este sentido.
Zeta recuerda que hace ocho meses el grupo decidió salir al mercado en busca de posibles socios para impulsar la compañÃa. Afirma que se trata de un proceso complejo y en el que han participado numerosos grupos empresariales, algunos de los cuales aún mantienen sus ofertas sobre la mesa por su interés en incorporarse al accionariado de Grupo Zeta.

Os deseo que gocéis de los excelentes abogados nombrados por la CAIXA y el propietario del Grupo, otro Asensio, que al parecer no alcanza las perversiones empresariales de su padre, o simplemente se halla ante otras circunstancias.
Sin duda, los “ASENSIO” se merecen la quiebra, no se puede gozar de la BASURA indefinidamente.
