          Nuestro Delegado de la Costa Granadina, D. Jesús Trujillo Rubia, propietario del Kiosco de Motril situado junta al Supermercado DANI de esa localidad, consigue vencer a la Distribuidora Ricardo RodrÃguez SL (Distrimedios de Granada) y logra doblegarla al conseguir que el repartidor le compruebe el contenido de los paquetes de revistas en su presencia.
         Cada dÃa el rerpartidor abre los paquetes en su presencia y le comprueba una a una, cada revista hasta confirmar que el contenido coincida con lo cargado el los albaranes, y posteriormente en la factura.
Sin duda, el ejemplo de este compañero, reconocido como un infatigable luchador en pro de los derechos de los vendedores de la costa granadina, deberÃa servir de ejemplo a todos aquellos vendedores sumisos que acatan las imposiciones de la Distribuidora ya mencionada y pagan, semana tras semana, facturas en las que se les cargan mercancias que no han recibido, nunca recibirán, ni les serán abonadas.
Todos sabemos el abuso que practican las Distribuidoras en España y que pocos vendedores se niegan a ser expoliados, con el sistema de reparto de paqueterÃa, en el que les dejan los paquetes sin comprobar el contenido.
Felicidades a este hombre luchador, donde los haya, D. Jesús Trujillo Rubia vendedor de Motril. Su ejemplo y constante esfuerzo, desde que tomo posesión del cargo de Delegado de la Costa granadina, son ejemplares y asà se lo reconocemos a nivel Nacional.
También felicitamos a la Agrupación Granadina de Vendedores de Prensa Independientes. por contar en su Junta Directiva con hombres como él. Deben sentirse muy orgullosos sus compañeros de Motril, de verdad que sÃ.
