La Resolución de 21 de febrero de 2008 (BoletÃn Oficial del Estado del dÃa 5 de marzo de 2008) del Servicio Público de Empleo Estatal, establece el procedimiento para el registro de los contratos concertados por los trabajadores autónomos económicamente dependientes.

La Ley 20/2007, de 11 de julio, del Estatuto del Trabajo Autónomo, en su CapÃtulo III del TÃtulo II, regula el régimen profesional del trabajador autónomo económicamente dependiente y en su artÃculo 12 el contrato a concertar entre el propio trabajador y la persona fÃsica o jurÃdica que lo contrata, denominada cliente,  asà como el registro que debe efectuarse de ese contrato.

Por otra parte, y hasta tanto se dicten las disposiciones necesarias para la aplicación y desarrollo de la Ley 20/2007, y se formalice una «encomienda de gestión» o se suscriben los correspondientes Convenios con las Comunidades Autónomas, el Servicio Público de Empleo Estatal efectuará provisionalmente el registro de dichos contratos. Por ello, y a fin de implantar dicho registro con carácter urgente, se ha considerado oportuno dar directrices sobre el procedimiento de registro indicado. (Ver norma adjunta)

Dicha Resolución entrará en vigor el dÃa siguiente al de su publicación en el BoletÃn Oficial del Estado.
