Después de una larga lucha de años, nuestro Presidente, Juan Paniagua Augusto, se niega a que la Empresa de reparto Ricardo RodrÃguez SL (perteneciente al Grupo Distrimedios-Vocento) le entregue más paqueterÃa de prensa y revistas si ésta no está previamente comprobada en su presencia.
Todos sabemos que los errores en el contenido de paquetes, la pérdida de los mismos y las constantes faltas son la ruina del punto de venta. Sobre todo de aquellos compañeros cuya economÃa es más débil.
En solidaridad con los puntos de venta con menos volumen, nuestro Presidente se identifica con ellos y cierra su negocio hasta que la empresa de reparto (RR SL) le abra los paquetes en su presencia, para comprobar que el contenido de los mismos se corresponde con lo cargado en los albaranes y posteriormente cobrado en las facturas.
Se inicia asÃ, una batalla judicial por los derechos de los vendedores de prensa, saqueados por un sistema de trabajo obsoleto, del que se aprovechan muchas empresas para enriquecerse a costa del sacrificio del vendedor de prensa, mediante la estafa y del engaño constante.
No contentos con “presuntamente” robarnos parte de las comisiones de algunos productos, se niegan a implantar el sistema de pesaje de paqueterÃa que reduce al mÃnimo los errores, los problemas y las reclamaciones.
La aplicación de un sistema obsoleto, impuesto por el abuelo del que hoy dÃa es empleado de Distrimedios y que ejerce las funciones de Director (El chiste es que en su página Web lo pintan de innovador), asà como la negativa del antiguo propietario (Ricardo Rodriguez “padre”), que hoy sólo tiene un 30% de la empresa y no pinta más que la “mona”, es decir, lo que le dicen los dueños de la mayorÃa del capital, a implantar el sistema de pesaje de paquetes, un sistema que reduce al mÃnimo los errores pero que no le interesaba, pues los errores ya se sabe… hacen que esta Empresa de reparto (que no Distribuidora como se la califica habitualmente), esté entre las que más errores comenten de AndalucÃa.
La experiencia demuestra que con un sistema de pesaje de los paquetes, para verificar el contenido al final de la cinta, corregir los errores en el propio almacén y un albarán de entrega que indique claramente el número de paquetes que el vendedor recibe, reducirÃan al minimo los problemas, los repartidores cometerÃan, también, menos errores y el punto de venta no tendrÃa las terribles pérdidas que le llevan a la ruina, mientras otros se enriquecen al amparo de los errores de sus empleados.
Este sistema que ya funciona de forma amplia y extendida y que en AndalucÃa tiene, entre otras, la Empresa Distribuidora SGEL, reduce al mÃnimo los errores en la entrega de paqueterÃa. Todos sabemos que SGEL supera con mucho a Distrimedios en todos los aspectos, aunque ésto no quita que también sea problemática, pues son muchas las quejas que nos llegan.
Otro problema que nos preocupa es que desde esta año RR SL se lo ha montado para aproximar más aún el cobro de las facturas a la fecha de entrega. De esa forma tiene el dinero del vendedor mucho más tiempo en su poder.
Nosotros abogamos por lo expuesto en el contrato de suministros, es decir, el maerial se recibe en depósito y por tanto se paga al vencimiento. Las semanales y la prensa a la semana, las quincenales a los quince dÃas y las mensuales a los treinta dÃas y asà sucesivamente. Siempre con posterioridad a la devolución y tras el descuento de los ejemplares devueltos. Asà es como se debe funcionar, acorde a la la legalidad. No jugar con el dinero del vendedor como lo hacen.
Desde hoy os iremos informando de todas las novedades que surjan en el procedimiento judicial que se prevee lento, pero que, sin duda, ganará nuestro Presidente D. Juan Paniagua Augusto, un hombre que siempre ha demostrado un valor sin igual es sus enfrentamientos con la empresa de reparto Ricardo RodrÃguez SL. Un hombre que cambió Granada y la convirtió en una provincia donde se lucha por los derechos del vendedor. Anteriormente, sólo se luchaba por los interses de Distribuidoras, periódicos locales y por llenarse la “buchaca” a costa del vendedor.

Seguid luchando contra esa banda de ladrones que os roban el producto de buestro trabajo, ya sea quedandose con las comisiones que os corresponden o con los portes abusivos que os cobran (en AlmerÃa Distrimedios llega a cobrar el 1,50 % de la factura, un robo en toda regla). No bajeis los brazos, mantenedlos en alto y luchad todos unidos para acabar con ese caciquismo que domina el mundo de la distribución de prensa y revistas en España.
