CONTINÚA LA LUCHA DE COVEPRES (Confederación Española de Vendedores de Prensa) EN LOS TRIBUNALES DE JUSTICIA SOBRE LA INTERPRETACIÓN DE LA NORMA ANTITABACO CON LA PRESENTACIÓN DE NUEVAS DEMANDAS.
 

 

Los criterios de la Administración y los tribunales chocan frontalmente con lo manifestado en su día por nuestros representantes: EL PODER LEGISLATIVO  en el Congreso de los Diputados e incluso con lo manifestado expresamente por el DEFENSOR DEL PUEBLO.
 

 

 

            Ante la determinación de posibilitar la venta de tabaco en los kioscos a través de máquina expendedora se está generalizando una interpretación restrictiva de derechos y en absoluto acorde con la literalidad de la norma, cuyo contenido es negado por el Poder Ejecutivo, es negado por el Poder Judicial y deja al Poder Legislativo totalmente defraudado.

El gobierno “Zapatero” sigue riéndose de los vendedores de prensa de España, además las últimas apariciones de Felipe Gonzalez en campaña, demuestran que son una banda de desprensivos que han perdido la verguenza, la dignidad y la educación. Lo único que quieren es gobernar a toda costa y que volvamos a una etapa idéntica a la de los últimos cuatro años del Gobierno de “Felipe”, es decir, a la ruina absoluta del País que ya fue esquilmado por sus más fieles allegados.

Parece que se ha olvidado de los sueldos que tenía que pagar ONCE a los funcionarios por estar las arcas del estado vacías. Vacías del dinero que pagabamos todos los españoles y que se llevaban como les daba la gana.

A nosotros nos da igual el partido, pero hemos decidido un no rotundo al PSOE. Pedimos desde aquí el voto contrario a ese partido, sea al partido que sea. Demostremos que ni somos tontos ni nos manipulan con sus embustes. España va mal. La economía del País está destrozada y el “superavit” de la Seguridad Social está falseado por unos ingresos que ya han dejado de percibirse, tras la cida vergonzosa del empleo. Ese superavit ya no es real, pues se utilizará para cubrir las prestaciones por desempleo, poniendo en peligro, a corto plazo, las pensiones de nuestros mayores, que son los que han contribuido al mantenimiento de la economía del País.

Desde aquí decimos: “No al voto PSOE”. Sí al voto inteligente. Sí a la lucha por nuestros derechos. Da igual al partido que se vote. Nunca al PSOE. Votemos futuro, no ruina.
